Refund Policy
In the event of a booking being cancelled by the customer, FOX IN A BOX MADRID ensures that a voucher code holding the same paid amount will be produced and sent via email, on the following circumstances:
- The cancellation must not take place after 72 hours prior the day of the game. In that case there will no voucher code nor refund.
- The voucher is valid for tree months and will be sent to the email address stated on the booking details.
- The code will be produced and sent within a maximum of 5 working days.
Contents availability
The Page and Contents service rendering has, in the beginning, indefinite term. Nevertheless,
YOKOLOGIKAL, S.L. is authorised to finish or withdraw the service of the Page and/or any of the Contents in any moment. When possible,
