Teambuilding at Fox in a Box
Our Escape Room Teambuilding Packages (for up to 30+8 participants in total) go far beyond a regular game. Each session starts with a "brain workout" warm-up game. Every room or mission is guided by a trained Game Master, who focuses on a group of 4–6 players.
In the Premium Package, our Game Masters use an analysis questionnaire to take notes on communication, group dynamics, and reactions to success or failure. After the mission, they lead a reflection session with the group.

What’s the difference between a regular Escape Room and a Teambuilding Package?
The approach is completely different. A team-building package includes: A warm-up game to get everyone started. Enough time for every team to complete the escape room (extra time if needed). A dedicated Game Master guiding each team from start to finish. Optional Teambuilding Analysis (Premium Package): our experienced facilitators use a structured questionnaire to observe communication, teamwork, and handling of success or failure. A reflection session follows the game, where insights are shared with the team.
Who are the Teambuilding Packages suitable for?
They’re ideal for all ages and backgrounds — from apprentices to executives. The only requirement: at least one person in the team must be able to hear, and one must be able to see.

What can I expect from an outdoor event?
You tell us where it should take place, which topics or themes you’d like to include in the puzzles, and whether any physical activities should be part of it. We then design a custom event for you. Our Fox Hunt “Operation FAST” — best described as a mix between an outdoor Escape Room and a digital scavenger hunt — offers a great first impression of how our games work and what to expect from the experience.
What is a mobile Escape Room?
Our “Final Exam” is a fully portable Escape Room that can be set up anywhere — for example, in a seminar room or classroom. We have two complete sets, and our Game Masters supervise everything on-site. Up to 10 participants per hour can play simultaneously (e.g., 5 vs. 5). If you’d like 20 active players at once, we can add an indoor puzzle rally alongside the mobile Escape Room.

Pricing
The total price depends on the number of participants. Teambuilding Package prices start at approximately €35 per person (net). The portable Escape Room at your company (in the Graz area) also starts at around €35 per person, for groups of 35 or more. For larger groups, the price per participant decreases accordingly. We’re happy to provide a customized offer based on your team size and preferences.

Scheduling & lead time
Our Escape Room Teambuilding Packages can usually be booked at short notice. If your preferred time slot is available, we’ll confirm your booking right away. To be on the safe side, we recommend requesting your date at least 4 weeks in advance. The same applies to the portable Escape Room — if available, we can also organize this on short notice. For custom outdoor events, the required lead time depends on how much customization is involved — in general, the earlier you contact us, the better.

It’s an indoor Fox-Hunt-style mini game with multiple puzzles accessible via QR codes in the waiting area. Smartphones are required, and it can be played either individually or in small teams.

Yes! With our Pop-Up Escape Room “Final Exam”, we can come directly to your company. Up to 8 people can play simultaneously (or up to 10 for beginner groups).
Our outdoor Escape Room “Operation FAST” — a digital scavenger hunt in the city center of Graz— is also ideal for company events and can host multiple teams of up to 5 people each playing at once. For the best experience, we recommend booking through our customer service, which includes: Personal support, Company leaderboard and Custom maximum time limit. We can also organize in-house catering (finger food) upon request. And if you’d like a custom outdoor event with a digital scavenger hunt, we can run it anywhere in Austria.
